United States of America VS Russian Federation

Yesterday during the debates in the peace and security committee, tensions ran high between the delegations of the United States of America and the Russian Federation. The delegates of the USA mentioned several past actions as ammunition against the Russian Federation – chiefly from during the Cold War. Today, the delegations continued to fight on the subject of terrorism issues. The Russian Federation mentioned the emerging conflict between the United States of America and Mexico. Perhaps in retaliation, the honorable delegate of the United States of America answered his phone, on which the ringtone was of course the national anthem, and said « Hello Donald, I’m listening the Russian Federation’s speech and it’s boring. » in the middle of the Russian Federation’s speech.
